All orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking email from A Creative Hart and Australia Post.

If you require your order urgently, we can express post it for you. Please select Express Shipping at the checkout or feel free to contact us direct to arrange Express Post. 

If you have placed an order and have not yet been sent and approved your artproof, you can contact us to change your order. If you have already approved your artwork chances are it is already in production and you wont be able to change or cancel your order.

If you have already approved your artwork and are wanting to add to your order, you need to get in touch with us within 8 hours of approval. That way we can check the status of your order first, then make sure your additional decals are posted all together for you.

After you have placed your order you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order.
Your order has been processed to our Art team who will then see the info you have specified on your order and prepare some artwork for your review.
Once you have reviewed the artwork proof sent to you and approved, your order will be sent into production.
If you would like changes to be made, please let us know. Amendments are unlimited.
Once production has been completed you will be emailed a notification that your order has been dispatched.

The dispatch time for your order depends on what you have ordered and where you are located.

Standard products: 1-2 working days
Personalised Orders: 2-3 working days for items to be dispatched

Standard delivery is available for shipping throughout Australia. Orders will typically arrive within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays)

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. 

Our policy is that if your order arrives broken or damaged we will replace it for you FREE of charge.

Please send us a direct message if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Buyers are responsible for returned shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.

A Creative Hart does not refund postage charges.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been personalised, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
