A Creative Hart is located on the NSW Mid North Coast, Australia. Our Fabric Wall Decals are carefully hand-painted, printed and cut in-house to ensure we can keep our margins and costs as low as possible for you.

Shipping Costs

AUSTRALIA

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ( INCL TRACKING ) TO ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA
  • EXPRESS POST - $20
  • SHIPPING TO NZ - $15
  • REST OF THE WORLD - ( A custom shipping quote will need to be determined. Please contact us direct so we can assist you. info@acreativehart.com ) 

Delivery address.

Please ensure your delivery address at the time of placing your order is correct. If you enter an incorrect address, A Creative Hart is not responsible for re-sending the order to the correct address at our own expense.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. We have a very quick turnaround time as we know how excited you are about your order and we don’t want you waiting any longer than you need to.

When ordering at a sale time, please understand that orders may take a little longer due to order volumes. We will let you know if there are any delays due to order volumes.

Postage times are according to your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area. Orders dispatched via standard delivery, can take between 3-5 business days from the shipping notification email.

If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders can take up to 10 business days from the shipping notification email.

International deliveries to metropolitan areas will usually take between 10-20 business days from the shipping notification email.

Please also be aware that international orders may attract a customs duties tax. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order. We take no responsibility in any way for duties and additional charges imposed on your order to be released from customs.

Can I express post?

Yes you can, however you will need to contact us to arrange Express Post. A separate invoice will be emailed to you directly for payment prior to dispatch.

Tracking.

All orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking email from A Creative Hat and Australia Post or our courier of choice.

Refunds.

We do not refund or exchange any of our Fabric Wall Decals so please choose carefully.

In the event that an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will have your order replaced for you at no extra cost.
