Returns Policy
Our returns policy is 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage is non refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations: accepted within 3 hours of purchase.
We produce all our products in house and have fast turnaround times.
If you like different product colours, sizes or you want different forms of personalisation of your decals, please contact us. We are very flexible with our designs and can customise them for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Our policy is that if your order arrives broken or damaged we will replace it for you FREE of charge.
Please send us a direct message if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. Photographic evidence is required within 14 days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Keep in mind where you place your decals. Wall decals that become unusable due to damage or dirt are unable to be replaced.
ACreativeHartShop does not refund postage charges.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been personalised, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
Personalised Decals
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised Items cannot be returned. However If the item has arrived damaged, or it is incorrect, photographic evidence is required within 14 days and we will replace your decal for you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
To return your product please email for the address to send the package to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our sustainability promise.
All our decals are made using PhotoTex which is similar to a fine weave canvas. PhotoTex is plastic free and biodegradable.
All our orders are sent in either a compostable mailer or a recycled cardboard box. We have a responsibility to the planet and this is just a small part we can play.

Delivery address.
Please ensure your delivery address at the time of placing your order is correct. If you enter an incorrect address, A Creative Hart is not responsible for re-sending the order to the correct address at our own expense.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. We have a very quick turnaround time as we know how excited you are about your order and we don’t want you waiting any longer than you need to.
When ordering at a sale time, please understand that orders may take a little longer due to order volumes. We will let you know if there are any delays due to order volumes.
Postage times are according to your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area. Orders dispatched via standard delivery, can take between 3-5 business days from the shipping notification email.
If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders can take up to 10 business days from the shipping notification email.
International deliveries to metropolitan areas will usually take between 10-20 business days from the shipping notification email.
Customs Duties Tax
Please also be aware that international orders may attract a customs duties tax. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order. We take no responsibility in any way for duties and additional charges imposed on your order to be released from customs.
Can I express post?
Yes you can! You can select express shipping at the checkout. Or
We can also assist you with organising express post for your order. Feel free to contact us direct if you are unsure if your order will arrive to you in time. We will check postage times and organise for a separate invoice to be emailed to you directly for payment prior to dispatch.
Tracking.
All orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking email from A Creative Hart and Australia Post or our courier of choice.
