What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We do not refund or exchange any of our Fabric Wall Decals so please choose carefully.
In the event that an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will have your order replaced for you at no extra cost.

What are your Decals made on?
Our photo decals are made from a fine weave fabric adhesive paper called Phototex. Our fabric decals are environmentally minded, easily removable and re-usable. They will not leave any nasty residue on your walls and are easy to re-position.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Production time is between 2-3 working days and Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your Decals made?
Our decals are created on the beautiful Mid North Coast of Australia. We Design, Print and Cut in-house to ensure fast delivery times and to ensure that our products are high quality and a fair value.
Shipping & Delivery
A Creative Hart offers FREE STANDARD DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $100. For orders under $100, we offer $9.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping to anywhere in Australia.
All our orders are printed and dispatched in-house on the NSW Mid-Coast.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to ship your item. Postage times vary depending on your location. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy and FAQs.
All orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking email from A Creative Hart and Australia Post or our courier of choice.
